Week 2 of my CSA brings more veggie goodness into my home. Unfortunately, I’m only going to be able to enjoy the vegetables that can be eaten raw. All for good reasons though.
As I’ll be showing you shortly, my kitchen is getting a makeover and I have no access this week. The only cooking appliances I have available to me are my toaster oven and microwave (and I’m not putting these vegetables into my slow cooker).
Let’s just hope some of them last until next week when the renovations are finished, of course they’ll get piled up with the haul from week three.
