We are back to our regularly scheduled weekly meal plan this week! I always find it a challenge to eat a balanced meal during the month of December. Work keeps me busy with long days and I’m sure I’m not the only one who experiences their busy season this month!
So as much fun as cookie exchanges are, let’s pop back into some seasonally appropriate meals for this week!
