CSA Week 6

We introduced a few new vegetables this week.  Some crazy looking hot peppers, plus green cabbage.  Callaloo has made another appearance, and hopefully I can make use of it before it goes bad this time.  Anyone have any suggestions on how to cook it?

The eggs are piling up though, still haven’t used the 6 from last week and now we have another 9.  I see a frittata for dinner in my future.
