After a few days off for some peace, sleep, a dim sum feast, a steak dinner and a goodbye to the 11th Doctor I’m back with another quick and easy recipe, err cocktail to finish the year off!
If Christmas is your holiday, I hope you had a wonderful few days with your family and friends. If it isn’t, I hope your days were spent like mine. 🙂
I thought a champagne cocktail would be appropriate right about now, especially with us getting ready to ring in 2014 in just a few days. Although, my intentions for this drink were twofold. The first I just told you and the second was my way to say cheers and congratulations to my good friend Stefanie at Sarcastic Cooking for whom I’m sharing this with today.
You may remember Stefanie when she guest posted for me back in August and her delicious Bloody Mary Roasted Potatoes. Today, I have the honor of doing the same, while she takes some time to enjoy her newborn baby boy!
