I was provided with the roaster with U-rack and 11-piece cookware set for recipe testing purposes from Circulon. All opinions stated are my own.
The holiday season is in full swing and that means a lot of cooking is happening. Your cookware and roasting pan is getting its biggest workout of the year. It might even be a little worn and old and telling you, I need a break, can you please replace me?
I have fond memories of my mom going out and purchasing new cookware every 7-8 years or so. We cooked a lot, so our pots and pans really got worn down. Plus we were fortunate enough to be able to afford to replace what we had – the old stuff would be tucked away for Passover use or given away to one of my brothers (later to me).
I absolutely developed that love and need for new cookware and know fine pieces when I see it. When Circulon sent me their Symmetry Chocolate 11-piece Cookware Set and Roaster with u-rack for recipe testing purposes I was instantly in love. Besides being a good looking set of pots and pans it cooks really well. My eggs fry up perfectly in the skillets and I have had stock simmering away for hours in the stockpot already. Oh and my favorite part about this set? The 1 quart pouring saucepan, if you can see from the photo, it has a little lip to pour melted butter or gravy without any spills.
I could go on about how easy it is to clean everything is, but I think you’d rather find out how to win it for yourself (btw, it’s very easy and remember I don’t own a dishwasher)!
The 17X13 inch roaster with u-rack is perfect for your Thanksgiving turkey, Christmas ham, lamb or roast beef. I loved this roaster and the u-rack locks into place in the roaster but is also easy to remove. A few keys points about the pan – convenient chrome-plated U-shaped rack keeps meats off the bottom of the pan so unwanted fats drip away to the bottom of the roaster. Heavy-duty carbon steel construction promotes balanced heat distribution for superior cooking performance and long-lasting durability while the rolled edges provide extra strength. The roaster also features PFOA-free DuPont™ Autograph™ nonstick for excellent food release and easy cleanup. Plus it’s oven safe up to 450 degrees F.
I’ve already shared by love for this cookware line but I thought I’d share a few key points about it. The resilient nonstick surface inside and out easily releases foods for effortless clean up, whether by hand or in the dishwasher. The 11-piece set includes 1 Qt. Pouring Saucepan, 2 & 3 Qt. Covered Saucepans, 8 Qt. Covered Stockpot, 8.5″ & 10″ Skillets, & 3 Qt. Covered Saute.
How do you win? Easy, just enter in the rafflecopter widget below! I lucky person will win both the roaster with U-rack and 11-piece Symmetry Chocolate Cookware set. The giveaway runs between November 22nd and November 30th, 2014 and is open to U.S. Residents aged 18 years and up. The winner will be selected at random and notified via email, which they will have 48 hours to respond. If no response, their prize is forfeited and a new winner will be selected.
