Happy Friday Dinner Divas and Divos – is divos the male equivalent to diva or is everyone a diva no matter their gender? I always wondered, I guess I could ask Google but oh well. . .

Anyhoo, today’s introduction is short because I’ve been saddled by my annual fall cold this week.  Happens every year around this time and since it’s been forever since I’ve been sick (knock wood), I’ve been hit hard.  I’ve been resting up but it’s hard to do when you work for yourself.

So onwards to this weeks meal plan and stay healthy, some bug or something is going around out there!
