Just because the fun of theme weeks is over, doesn’t mean we’re finished bringing you more delicious meals to help you plan out your week. The season may still be summer but that doesn’t mean things are slowing down, after all some families have kids heading back to school next week (I have such a hard time imaging this, as someone who always started school after labor day!). Even for the child-free and empty nesters, a week of planned meals most certainly helps in the healthy eating track than one without. Oh and for that ice cream at the end of the week? Well, you do deserve something if you’ve cooked five nights in a row!

The concept is easy, every Friday check back here (or your email!) to find a new weekly meal plan consisting of 5 healthy-ish seasonal dinners and 2 extras – which can range from sides, desserts, drinks etc. . . This weekly meal plan will help you plan out your shopping list for your weekly trip to the grocery store or farmer’s market and get organized for the week ahead.
