Let’s be honest, we all live busy lives, even in the summer and come dinner time you want something quick and nutritious. These meals hit the spot year round, even when you haven’t just worked a 14 hour day – just me? Well even after those days, I still prefer a quick meal over take out and plenty of these on the list this week will do the trick!
