Last week it was all about the salads and this week the Dinner Divas are bring you picnic food and sandwiches for our weekly meal plan! In the summer months my sandwich consumption goes way up! It’s an easy meal to take on the go to the beach, the park or just to have for dinner because it’s way too hot to cook anything else. Of course no picnic is complete without a slice of pie! We have two choices this week, easy portable hand pies for those who like their baking a little less fussy, blueberry galette. This free form pie is perfect for those who haven’t quite perfected the art of the perfectly round pie crust just yet.
