Can I first start off by saying have 12 weeks really passed by since we started our weekly meal plans?

This week is salad week, because let’s face it, when it’s 90 degrees outside the last thing you want to do is cook a meal. You need to eat though and the best answer is a cooling, refreshing salad! Salads come in all shapes in forms and we’ve got them here for you this week – from potato salad, macaroni salad, good old fashioned green salad and because it is July a blueberry dessert!
