I’m back today with more Passover food fun and sharing it over at From Fast Food to Fresh Food! Stop shaking your head at your computer, yes Passover food can be good.
Next up in our week of Passover recipes, this matzoh crusted flounder is an easy weeknight meal to help make use of all that Matzoh you over bought. This recipe would also be great for a small seder if you are not a big meat eater or just don’t feel like cooking up a giant roast.
Head over to Melanie’s blog for the recipe and make sure to say “hi” while you are there!

From Sarah at Crispy Bits & Burnt Ends – Kimchi Matzoh Ball Soup
I’ve always wanted to go to a Passover dinner, I didn’t even know a Jewish person until college (I come from a tiny tiny farmtown). I hope someday one of my college friends invites me!
Your flounder looks terrific with the matzoh coating! Perfect for a Catholic girl during Lent, too 🙂
