Only a week and a half late but you guys, Fall has finally arrived! I hope this isn’t another teaser like we had in the beginning of September but truly, crispy cool autumn weather! The last week and half has been filled with hot, humid and 90 degree weather. It seems summer didn’t want to leave us just yet, even though I was over it. Do you know what it’s like working in a hot kitchen on a 90 degree day without air conditioning? It’s hot and that’s all I’ll get into.
I left the kitchen last night to cool breezes and was actually a little chilly by the time I did make it home. I’m finally ready to start hoarding my chicken bones to make soup, or just use up some the beef ones that have been in the back of my freezer for the last two months. It’s comfort food season and the Dinner Divas are bringing it on for our weekly meal plans! Who’s ready to join us?
