Weekly Meal Plan – Week 4

Weekly Meal Plan | girlinthelittleredkitchen.com

My darling dinner divas is back this week with more delicious meals to wet your appetite and get you excited to cook all next week!

Our 4th weekly meal plan includes a delicious alternative to beef burgers that utilize hatch chiles now in season.  An easy tart that will provide leftovers for an easy lunch; baked falafel – because no one needs to fry in the middle of the week, veggie filled stuffed peppers and pizza Friday!

New to our meal plan? This is how it works:  I’ve joined together with a few of my favorite bloggers to bring you a weeks worth of dinner ideas! The concept is easy, every Friday check back here (or your email!) to find a new weekly meal plan consisting of 5 healthy-ish seasonal dinners and 2 extras – which can range from sides, desserts, drinks etc. . . This weekly meal plan will help you plan out your shopping list for your weekly trip to the grocery store or farmer’s market and get organized for the week ahead.

I remember watching the Instagram story of you making this salad, placing every piece so carefully. It is beautiful and I can’t wait to make it myself! Melon and prosciutto are a classic combo and those zucchini noodles?! Dang!!! This salad is just gorgeous!
