My favorite brunch dish is Danish puff an old recipe for a danish with a soft almond chou paste inside and icing on top.
I love the flexibility of crepes… put out a bunch of fillings and let your guests customize. A little sweet. A little savory. And lots of mimosas to inspire creativity!
