Whew! Long title, but totally worth it! Today, I’m guesting posting over at Noshing with the Nolands with this easy, flavorful, spring tasting dish!
When Tara asked for some guest posters this week, I immediately said yes! She’s such a talented blogger with fabulous recipes like Chèvre Torte with Mango and Sweet Pepper Salsa, Cheddar and Asiago Mac and Cheese, and Avocado Tomato Boats. Plus, all her photos are incredibly mouth watering and make you wish scratch ‘n sniff computer screens were real!
Tara asked for a spring inspired meal, and shortly after she asked for guest posters, the first artichokes started showing up at my local market. It was all I could think of – to me it was the first sign of spring – new green vegetables to buy! While I took a shortcut and used frozen artichokes, it still settled hankering for them!
