Happy birthday, Susan! I hope the Chanukah elves brought you everything you wanted…or just a gift certificate to Sur La Table. 🙂 Thanks for including my latkes in this round up. Everybody’s versions look so good that I want to spend the next couple of weeks making them all. And then…maybe go buy some larger pants. 🙂

Thanks Anita! And thank you for sending your recipes! I really need to try your oven baked latkes soon! Seriously! I still have potatoes leftover. 🙂 Also believe it or not, the birthday fairies brought me a Sur La Table gift certificate. 🙂

Happy day-belated birthday! I found your blog card in my bag today and realized I still needed to check it out. I was a food blogger for a couple years but was never very good at it…probably because my calling was booty shaking more than blogging! You have a beautiful site. Next time I want to find a cookie in my bag instead of a card, though. 😉 ~Diana
